When I first decided to have the carpeting in my condo replaced by hardwood, I thought it would be too expensive, when the representative from National Floors came to my place with his samples, I never expected to agree on the spot to get it done. It turned out the number I had in my head was hundreds of dollars higher than the actual number, and they came out fantastic in only a day and a half. The crew was courteous fast and clean.

Excellent low key sales experince with very good and knowledgeable salesman - Don. Installation was very good and they left the rooms spotless. Installers also moved furniture and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience overall, we highly recommend National Foors Direct. Nice to see a company deliver on their promise, not too common these days.

It Started With The Sales Rep

Starting with the sales rep Mark L, who with great patience explained all our options. That is why we upgraded our carpet. To the installers who were on time and very courteous worked neat and clean and did an excellent job. When they left all was vacuumed and everything put back in its right place. They even vacuumed their way out the front door. I could not be more pleased with this kind service. Many thanks for caring about service.
