Hardwood Floors

On 11/25/09 National Floors Directs crew installed hardwood floors in two of our bedrooms. The installation was extremely well done by your crew. We especially want to acknowledge the courtesy and work ethics of the crew that came to our home. They did a fantastic job and the floors look amazing. I just want to let you know how happy we are with the whole process of buying and installing carpeting on our stairs and hallway. The salesman, Chris, was knowledgeable and helpful. I was called the morning of the installation with a time to expect the installers. The installers, Frank and JR, were terrific. They were pleasant, efficient and extremely knowledgeable regarding carpeting and installation. They cleaned up during and after the installation, to include disposing of the old carpet and pad, which I really appreciated. I had been concerned about going with a national company such as yours, but the experience could not have been better. Thank you!
