100% positive experience. The sales person was very knowledgable of the products and didn't play any pricing games. Even after he completed the sale he answered my calls and addressed any concerns that I had. The installers were very prompt and did an outstanding job. Incredible Installation

We originally came to National Floors Direct from a TV ad. Your salesman was good and beat our next best estimate by over $1000.00 AND with a better grade of carpet throughout. But the real suprise was the installation. The team of three was headed by Jose Guevara and were simply amazing. They listened to my concerns and worked out an installation plan that significantly exceeded my expectations. As I am older with bad back issues, they probably had to move more furniture than they expected, but did so willingly. We are THRILLED with their work, and would highly recommend National Floors to anyone we know needing carpet. Jose's team (Jose, Jose, and Carlos) are a credit to your company and diserve a raise! Their professionalsim and talent was apparent from the minute they walked in the door.
