I just wanted to pass on to you how happy my husband and I are with our new rug. We love it. The entire process was easy from the free estimate to the installation. I would like to specifically commend John S, the salesman who came to give us our free estimate. He was the first person to actually explain to us the differences in carpet and what to look for. We had been to 2 different retailers and not one salesperson could explain to what he did or cared to explain. We also saved $2000.00 going with National Floors Direct. When the time comes for us to replace our wood floors, we will deffinitely call National Floors Direct again.
