This was the best decision my husband and I made . Our carpet is exceptional and the sales rep Tony Defusco was terrific in helping me pick the perfect color.The installation crew Jack and his team were excellent and courteous.A job well done. We had carpet installed in the entire second floor of our house and two staircases. The overall experience was very positive: the salesman (Stu) was very professional. He understood our needs and offered a selection of carpets that match our style and budget. The installers arrived on time, explained the work to be done and verified all the items in the order. They worked really hard all day (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). The installation went very smoothly, they executed everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. The crew assigned to this project is very experienced and courteous. Kenny, Andrew and Brandon definitely know what they are doing. Our carpets look beautiful We recommend National Floors Direct to anyone considering a carpet installation. Thanks for a great job!

I had to wright and say that the men you sent out to do my floors are the hardest working men i have ever dealt with. From start to finish they work hard and very professional. Ed and his Assistant Did a fabulous job. they did a two day job in one day. And there craftsmanship is A+ A+ A+ they were very polite and courteous. NFD should be very proud of these men.
